Donia along with the rest of the baristas that worked on Sunday November 12, 2023 at 4PM should be FIRED!!! This was the WORST Starbucks experience ever. Donia was rolling her eyes the entire time I was waiting for my drink and yelling loudly out of frustration to herself all while making drinks. She was slamming things down on the counters and was just messy and unprofessional. EVEN UNPLEASANT. She looked like she did not want to be there at all. Which she should not be. Reading other reviews, she is mentioned in a lot more complaints. I ordered my drink at 4:20, waited for 25 min and finally asked where my drink was. Rudely, she told me it takes 5 minutes to brew green tea, so I said “I understand that, but it’s been 25 minutes and I am still waiting.” She then told me in a very rude way “GET IN LINE IF YOU WANT a refund!” My point was not to get a refund, but get my drink. Read moreTerrible. They have a young staff that seems like they don’t care. Just wasted half of my lunch break waiting for a drink I never got. The young ladies don’t say names when they place drinks down with an attitude even when it is busy. Because of that people grab any drink and walk away. When I brought it to there attention they made other people’s drinks ahead of me even though I had been waiting. They finally attempted to make my drink. They set it down again without calling anyone’s name and then someone literally ran up and ran away with it. Ik this doesn’t seem their fault but normal Starbucks employees put a face to a name and scream the name so that customers can get their drinks. I mentioned to their manager the young lady didn’t scream a name and someone stole my drink again. Then the young lady got an attitude with her manager and acted like she didn’t care at all. Read moreDonia has an attitude that sincerely feels as though she is being forced against her will to be there. It’s appeared not just to me as though asking for basic details was an inconvenience to her day. Between rolling her eyes, repeatedly asking for the same information, deciding to take a call where visible and whilst there was a line backed up shows complete ignorance and the worst possible customer service. My advise to her is to change career as caring and welcoming are not traits she has. Suggest prison attendant would be a more fitting role.
25min for a tall PSL, will never return and possibly the worst Starbucks from a cleanliness and service perspective.
Oh and the other barista kept dropping a wet soggy towel into a try of used milk from the milk steamer and I didn’t want to ask if that was all day as she dipped the sodden towel into the god knows how old milk …...
