Absolutely poor, shocking and deplorable customer service. The staff and management do not care about their customers. Have had continued problems from the get go with their staff putting dents in my living room and hallway wall delivering my sofa, nothing was done to repair. I then suffered severe health problems which hady income cut due to work hours being cut. I was never a month behind on my payments but would be a week late You would set up an arrangement date, which they would put different on their system. Constant harassing phonecalls which left me in tears. When asked for the head office number, I was refused. Never again will I go near that place, I would encourage everyone else to stay away...

Well was I wrong. After many phone calls and the managers making excuses, 6 months later the recliner is still broke.
I’ve even asked them to send me the invoice for the part and tracking so I could see if they were actually telling the truth. You think I received it? Absolutely not.

She did not have any answers to any of questions we had about the furniture, she was short and argumentative in what she did say. She then disappeared without saying anything. We had to call the store three times in order to tell them we were still in need of help in the front of the store.
