Jay was amazing. I paid my 180$ bill yesterday night and my service didnt come back on. So I went in tmobile this morning and the girl I spoke to was the most unhelpful person I have ever talked to. After paying 180$ she tells me, my number no longer exists and I dont have an account. Buut I was able to log in and pay my phone bill on the site… She goes on to tell me if it has been 60 days since my account was closed ill have to make another account with them and pay 40$. Even though my account was just closed on the 2nd of January. I just walked out. Later in the day I went back to just pay the 40$ because I need my phone on. Go in there talk to Jay just 25 minutes, she makes a call then tells me my account is already active and I dont have anything to pay.
