The Joint Chiropractic — Local services in Pace

I want to start by saying the doctors at this clinic are very attentive, knowledgeable, and intent on getting results. I’ve never had such targeted adjustments for my pain that were this effective and immediate. Also, the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful and create a welcoming atmosphere. The plan and pricing is also very reasonable especially compared with the single visit high cost of all the others in the area. If I could rate the clinic just on those two things it’d be a 10/5

However, I would have to add that there are two negative things specific to this franchise of The Joint I can’t get past. First is the open room setup they have... it’s one big room with 3 tables for everyone to share. As interesting it is to see others get adjusted and the doctors’ approach to their specific issues, there’s something personal about opening up to a doctor about your issues/history/pain and to me, this is no different than having doctor/patient confidentiality at a hospital. It’s uncomfortable and embarrassing to show a crooked back to one professional, much less 3 complete strangers. The second problem i have is while the manual adjustments are excellent, the franchise offers nothing else. No other techniques, stretching, icing, electrode therapy, massage chairs, etc. that I have seen at other clinics that not only help patients but add a little more “bang for your buck”. Today was a very upsetting experience at The Joint Chiropractic. Let me say first and foremost I loved The Joint Chiropractic and was enrolled in the monthly maintenance plan for 4 visits a month. I am a disabled Vet with a left leg amputation and have a service dog. My service dog has been in numerous Joint Chiropractic from Arizona, Tennessee and here in Pace and Pensacola locations. Today was the very first time that we were asked to leave by an employee named Dakota Sharp because we had my service dog with me, the Lady stated that Joint Chiropractic has a policy no dogs are to be allowed in there facility. I tried to explain my service dog has been to this facility every month since April 2024 plus all of the other locations visited. This was an error on her behalf not realizing that I had a service dog. Service dogs are in fact allowed in all Joint Chiropractic facilities. Then I was given a hard time trying to cancel my maintenance contract because she wanted to explain herself which of course I was not wanting her explain herself other than cancelling my contract. I was so disappointed because of this one person, again named Dakota Sharp that I felt I needed to cancel a great service. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at The Joint in Pace, Florida! I initially went in for mid to lower back pain and plantar fasciitis, and I honestly wasn’t expecting such fast relief. After just one visit, I could feel a noticeable difference—not only in my back but even in the tension and discomfort I’d been dealing with in my feet. It was such a pleasant surprise to feel that kind of immediate improvement.

One of the things that really impressed me is how affordable their care is. The membership options and wellness programs make it easy to stay consistent with treatment without stressing over the cost. I’m excited to continue going and to stay on track with the care my body clearly needed.

A special shout-out to Dr. Olivia W.—she was absolutely incredible! She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her approach was both professional and caring, and it’s clear she takes pride in what she does. I’ll definitely be checking the schedule to book with her every time I go!
