Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Paducah

Here's my review Pizza tasted a bit off as in not entirely fresh ingredients I ordered the family meal deal that came with two large two-topping pizzas my choice of toppings were burger or beef and green peppers on the new york-style crust also chose a diced chicken and mozzarella and cheddar cheese pizza on Italian crust the crust on either pizza was not done as a matter of fact the Italian crust pizza was more doughy it had the dice chicken with the mozzarella and cheddar cheese topping High the Cross on it was extra doughy now my concern is I did not have any colds as in scratching my throat or fiery throat feeling until I finished eating a few slices of the burger Pizza that had the bell peppers now when I looked at the bell pepper Pizza it the bell peppers did not look entirely fresh or washed its kind of peered like sweated and I didn't really trip off of it but yeah my green peppers are like them to be quite shiny and fresh and these were not and I warm the pizza to try to you know make it tastes better and will cooked because the pizzas were half done and ya know this cold burny itchy in my throat feeling returned again so not too impressed with the ingredients also I had a chip dessert or chocolate chip dessert pizza and let me tell you they just kind of don't the chocolate chips over on primarily on one side of the pizza it was way too buttery as an IT the oil soaps to the bottom of the pizza box and it itself did not taste fully cooked so yeah can I say I spent last night feeling terrible after I you know 8 and this morning kind of going home and thank goodness I've been taking my vitamins all week that have immune support because this pizzas would have given me a cold this week so for the review not too impressed at all and will be requesting my money back cuz yeah you guessed it I paid $37 for that meal that included a deluxe spaghetti the deluxe spaghetti was actually pretty good but the portions of the pizza the chips are yeah to having spent the last $30 that I had on a meal that didn't even come par yeah thumbs down thumbs thumbs all the way down thumbs down down down and I want...

Usually everything is fantastic wonderful food curious people, however today was not such a case they messed up my dessert pizza I had ordered a medium cinnamon stromboli. It had cinnamon and sugar ar the icing glaze on it which is what makes it delicious. Unfortunately this time it was nasty so I called to tell them about my situation, and right off the bat the man was very rude. And because my regular pizza came at a discounted rate he was pretty much like who cares that I paid for this on and it is nasty I got a free pizza I should be grateful. Then continued to be disrespectful until I finally told him to give me a refund and come get the food. That's when he put his manager on the phone who was also unprofessional when I told him what happened. He basically didn't care either. Although he offered to bring me some icing,which was more than what the other gentlemen had offered. However the cinnamon stromboli Has and i quote from their menu "A scrumptious blend of nuts and cinnamon nestled between layers of flaky crust and topped with our SIGNATURE CINNAMON AND SUGAR AND ICING GLAZE ." The manager on the phone told me no it's not topped like that he has been working there 16 years and he doesn't know why the menu would say that. Like seriously anyone who has ever ate a cinnamon stromboli knows that it tastes good because its all kinda melted together and it didn't appear to have any nuts in it. Also I love the ranch that they carry on the buffet so I had also ordered that but that's not what they gave me. Then the gentleman brought me the icing and was like that's more than what we usually put on it so you should be grateful ( by the way he did not bring me the ranch) I told him I didn't want the desert pizza because it was nasty he said throw it away not my problem. I told him it is your job to correct a situation especially when the blame is on the restaurant. But he refused to take it...

Pizza Inn was absolutely delicious! We were passing through town on a very long trip and wanted something fast that wasn't fast food (we were sick of drive thru's). This populated upon searching and while skeptical because our pizza buffets are nothing sought after around home, we decided to do it anyway because anything was better than another burger or chicken nugget. We walked in and it was NICE and clean. Due to covid-19, the staff served your choices cafeteria style and they were very quick and patient about it. All of the staff we encountered were sweet as pie and happy to answer questions. Questions such as "what kind of pizza is THAT?" There were several options and many "abnormal" delectable choices. Loaded potato pizza is a thing and it's great! Several desert pizzas too.. omg the Oreo pizza was to die for! I thought it would be 1-bite-rich, but it wasn't. It was amazing and I'm sorry I was too full to only eat 1 slice! Nice salad bar with all the fixings and even some red & white sauce pasta choices, as well as kid friendly finger food items like mini corndogs, tots, garlic bread sticks, and pizza knots.
