I and my son came to the theater on mothers day We watch Mario movie right after we sat down we ordered popcorn and one drink we asked our waiter after 30 mins where was our order , reply was we are backed up as we continued to watch the movie we still see lots of people recive their food like pizza mozzarella sticks, beer wings things that take more time the one drink and one popcorn. I asked two more people they said same thing we are backed up the Waiter brought our receipt I informed her I did not receive our food She said she would bring me a refund receipt I did not get it. I asked after the movie was over which i discovered several people also did not receive thier food I was told the charges would be returned now we are 4 days later no refund. Please be mindful if you do not have enough staff to deliver popcorn and drink please do not offer all movie to play shut something down so you have enough staff to cover properly. I normally would not say a word I let it go. But I’m the one who is the single mom and still want to enjoy a little bit of a nice day out and I could had gone anywhere and I choose to come to film alley. At this point I don’t think I’ll get my refund I get the words of I’m sorry this happened which is appreciated. Thank you...

Understaffed with people not paid enough to care.

This makes three times in a row now we've had to find an employee to have them turn off the house lights after the show started. Each was met with no apologies or effort to correct the situation, just announce at being asked to do the bare minimum.

Once I was told that the staff at the theater didn't have control over all the house lights in that theater, and they were just going to stay on. This time we asked them to push the movie back five minutes to the start we'd missed while trying to find someone, and the manager pointedly ignored us while the cashier shrugged and said they couldn't do anything about it.

I was willing to write off the first two as just bad luck or bad days, but this is clearly an ongoing issue that the staff isn't being paid enough...

Just like any other movie theater it's great to watch new movies that...
