Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Palestine

The first three weeks this place reopened had been the best experience since moving to Palestine back in April. It was only great though because the franchise owner was babysitting it. Since then it's gone down the drain, and is such a shame. We've been back about 7 times after the first three weeks and 5 out of the 7 times we've waited on a mobile order for more than 15 minutes. It's usually (2) Route 44 drinks and half the time they can't even get the drinks right. While the route 44 drinks are cheaper via mobie order by like 28 cents vs the loop location it just isn't worth it. Food was cold today because we waited 28 minutes after we arrived and checked in (had a pretzel and a hotdog). This location will close out your mobile order to keep their times low and make it look like they are meeting expectations - when they aren't. We...

I had gone over today just looking for one good Sonic experience, however to no surprise this Sonic seems to fail at every opportunity. I ordered a number 12 large on train medium combo, I read out word for word what the mean you said specifying that I wanted buffalo sauce. I come to find out as I'm being charged that the sauce is not included yet that's not what the sign says. So I point this out and I'm being told that sauce is an additional charge and so I decide to change my order to not have sauce. Apparently what the person working the terminal herd was a number 8 combo medium and she rung up the wrong beverage and wrong side. I will never come back to this establishment I have been met with nothing but horrible experience I highly do not...

Shame 5years ago I gave this sonic a 5 star rating. I worked at this sonic for 3years when I was younger. I hate to see it has gone down hill. I'm guessing Gary Bowers is no longer over it because he wouldn't allow customers to be dismissed. I door dashed an order and was missing two large tater tots, chicken strip dinner was suppose to have 5 chicken strips but only had 4 and there were no tater tots. I called them and they would only give me the tater tots if I brought my order in for them to remake. The 3 rt. 44 SWEET teas were not sweet at all. This sonic is a joke now and needs to give a class on Customer service. Luckily Doordarsh gave me a refund at least they value...
