Unfortunately I did not have good luck here. I had a couple cuts I didn’t like and appreciated how accommodating everyone at the salon was to fix/adjust so I tried to stay loyal but this last haircut was the worst 😭 stylist cut off more than double what he showed me he was going to cut in the consultation. For me, it was uncomfortably short, blunt and back was uneven… I’d like to thank all the staff for always being very nice, professional and considerate. This salon was just clearly not a match for me. I am very sorry to have to leave a negative review, I just hope it helps the salon to improve going forward for future guests as I’m sure they strive to be top class. Hopefully my case of a few bad cuts was just a fluke because this salon seems to have much to offer! I couldn’t be more thrilled about my experience with Eddy. I came in wanting a fresh, natural-looking balayage, and Eddy completely nailed it.
