They then smashed my clasp with a hammer or some sort. I went back and they said sorry and only polished it not even a repair.

Dropped off my Rolex Aug 8th for a simple service, I was told it would ready Aug 30th. Contacted him a dozen times until he said he didn't have the proper equipment to do the service and had taken it to a friend in Los Angeles to have the service done. I went in several times and my watch wasn't in his possession and his excuse was that Rolex services times usually takes months. I finally got my watch back on Dec 28th. No reputable Rolex repair center would take more than 30 days for a simple service. Watch doesn't look polished. Very disappointing business transaction. Beware of...

What a guy! Took my watch here, since it needed a battery that isn't very common. Sal didn't have the battery either, but he said he would be in the LA area and get one. He did! The battery got the watch running but, after a brief moment, the second hand wouldn't work. Sal kept the watch another day, checked with the factory for fixes. Turns out there isn't a fix; my watch is known to have this problem. Sal took the battery out to return it, and gave me a full...
