Had a great time here with my 8 year old daughter. HOWEVER, the pricing on their website is extremely deceptive.
It says $30/game, and each game can be played by 2-4 people. That would mean that for $30, up to 4 people can play a game for 30 minutes â and that is absolutely not the case.
In reality, itâs $30 per PERSON, not per game. So if 4 people played for 30 minutes, that would cost them $120(!), not $30.
My daughter and I were not happy to find out that rather than playing for 30 minutes for $30 as the website said we could, we could only play for 15 minutes.
They definitely need to fix the deceptive pricing on the website, which is straight up false advertising (frankly I feel we are owed more gameplay because we were misled by the website).
However, it was fun and had good staff and the boss was a reasonable guy. Marjorie was very kind and helpful and Jaden had great customer service.
If they change the deceptive website pricing Iâd be happy to delete this review, I donât want to talk bad on a new business still figuring it out, but I also donât want other people to be misled like I was by the incorrect pricing on the website.
Or, they could simply change the policy to match the website, and let up to 4 people play for 30 minutes for $30. If they did that, I bet theyâd be full all day. I know I would certainly come here again if the pricing on the website were actually true!
As it is, I wonât be back, because $30 for 15 minutes for two people just ainât worth it, we could have seen a movie for the same price for 2.5 hours.
EDIT in reply to owner's response below: I'm sure no deception is intended, however, when you say "The pricing on the website is correct. except it should have reflect 30/person" -- that's a contradiction. If the pricing "should have reflected 30/person," that means the pricing is not correct.
I still see the deceptive pricing on your website when I click "booking": please update it so it is correct and clearly states "$30/person." Until then, I don't want anyone else to make the same...
Read moreThis place has awesome games and uses HTC (the pricey headsets) which I like a lot! The best part is the designed area for large arenas style games which allows you and friends to feel free to move around unlike playing at home. Itâs a different experience and has games that are specifically for large places which itâs nice to be inside with A/C. I will be returning to try out the other games! I always recommend bringing a friend because these games can have...
