This is literally the best place in the desert for modern furniture. Trust me, I went to every shop on El Paseo, and even drove all the way out to Mathis Wharehouse. The furniture here is timeless, modern, and so well done. I love all the customization features. We started out coming in just for a couch and now have furnished our entire home with bo concept. Randy is an absolute amazing designer! He came by our house and helped us figure out which piece would fit well and how to coordinate the other pieces around it. The manager Eric is beyond professional and friendly! I come by the store just periodically to catch up with them, thats the kind of impression this store made....

The delivery of the table was an absolute nightmare! The delivery company didn’t show up twice at the scheduled date ( no communication about the reason ). When they finally showed up 2 weeks later the men who came were both new and didn’t know how to assemble the table. After 2 hours they assembled it backwards and had to start over. All these changes and modifications caused them to dent the brand new table in 3 places. It’s been a week and I’m still waiting to have the table picked up for return or replacement....

If I could push to 15 stars, I would. Michael, James and Randy are superb. They are warm, friendly, fun...and full of helpful information. We ended up buying a dining table and chairs, which we were seeking when we walked in. We re-visited and now have purchased a shelving unit, a sofa, an ottoman, several more pieces of this quality furniture. In addition, we used their BoConcept Design Service and they were outstanding. Helpful without trying to sell, sell, sell. I'll tell everyone I know to try out...
