Mister Marcus — Local services in Palm Desert

We had an extremely disappointing experience at Mister Marcus, on El Paseo in Palm Desert. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel uncomfortable. Instead of being greeted or offered assistance, we were met with cold stares and dismissive attitude and very inappropriate behaviour by a single elderly male sales associate . It became clear we were not welcome, and the staff’s behavior escalated to the point where we were basically asked to leave—without any explanation or justification.

As someone who enjoys supporting local boutiques, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and courtesy. There are plenty of shops in the area that know how to treat customers with respect—this is not one of them. I will not be returning, and I would caution others to think twice before walking through...
