They are the MOST EXPENSIVE jeweler with the LEAST PROFESSIONAL experience. I took our jewelry (my wife's and mine) into the store to be cleaned... which they did... at a cost of SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLAR$. And... in the process, they removed ALL finishes on ALL the jewelry (including satin, florentine, etc.). When I pointed out that they had essentially RUINED our jewelry by "OVER BUFFING" all our jewelry, the store personnel who handled the cleaning just shrugged their shoulders. I then spoke to the manager, who said "Unless you can "PROVE" how our jewelry looked (with photos) prior to the cleaning, we have no way of knowing that your jewelry was altered or damaged by our cleaning methods." Lastly, the manager would not "comp" or discount the cleaning, but charged FULL price (NO CHARGE FOR THE DAMAGING ALL OUR JEWELRY). We plan to dispute this charge through our credit card company and sue Robann's Jewelers for the cost to "refinish" our jewelry by another jeweler so it looks the same as when we left it at Robann's for cleaning.
