I actually will not even give them one star. I bought a brand new kitchen table and 4 chairs on November 3, 2021 that took until 2 day's before Thanksgiving to get them, they come up from NorthPort, FL by Sarasota.I noticed a crack on the table top around December 13 but had been recovering from surgery and didn't notify them until December 28, 2021. All I wanted was to exchange the table. I haven't been able to get results after at least 13 phone calls and they have never returned my calls. I e-mailed a photo of the table and still nothing, this is now January 13, 2022. Unacceptable. Everytime I call Liz or Wilson are not there. Wendy and Sherry were extremely rude to me along with Matilda. I have never been so insulated and displeased in any business ever. I was hoping it wouldn't come to me writing this review but not even one call back in over two weeks. I will make it a point to tell everyone in this area to avoid Starbord Home and to run from them as they did me. I still have my receipt so next step is 8 on your side and Better call Benkin. I am willing to bet they will be going out of buisness in the near future.

This place is over priced for one. They claim to be a consignment/used plus new store. There's no indication what's new or used that we could see. There were a couple of obvious low priced items. We actually found the perfect piece of office furniture that my wife was looking for and the price was fair. The delivery charge was reasonable so we bought it for delivery four days later. The delivery team was two men that worked in the store. They were courteous until they rolled the piece into our home. The piece had been damaged in shipping from the store. The leader then claimed it was marked used (and was damaged) in the store. A large chunk was missing from the side. My wife who had carefully examined the piece in the store as all sales are final. The delivery guy who was also a salesman said sorry, all sales are final.and left. The store finally agreed to reduce the price by $50 but we have a damaged piece that is...

A home furnishings, decor and gift store located on US 19 in Palm Harbor that is well styled with many room vignettes. They sell a variety of new and preowned items for both indoor and outdoor use.. They are a reseller of Dixie Belle paints and believe it's the complete product line. The store is large so give yourself time to investigate its offerings. The staff will answer any questions but allows you to walk around and consider merchandise at your own pace. Most items you can take home right away without a wait. There are a few new furniture pieces along with consigned pieces in a variety of style - all items were in excellent condition that I viewed.. I would rate pricing as moderate.
