Called Justin, asked him what cards he would be interested in buying. I told him the years of cards I had. He continued with for me to be for sure why don't you be bring them in. And I did like he idea me to do so. So I did. When I walked though the door. Kinda confused because, wouldn't know were to go. I proceeded towards the back. Iooking for the guy by the name of Justin in assume so. Was then aprcohed by a man. I asked "looking for Justin, I talked on the phone with him." He didn't say anything walked passed me and then said "These your cards?" He completely ignored gretting me, what so every. Just continued to start looking thought my cards. Witch really bothered me because I work in customer service and I know to always greet my guess. He then stated "yeah none of these cards are going to be in the year range, I'm interested in. That would be instead in 50's-60's" I said "okay, any where else you think could be insted in late 70's?" He answered that. By the time he finished, I had my belongeds and started heading towards the door. I was done with whatever he calls that. The thing that bothered me the most was he wasted my time and gas. And no one likes doing that. Was about 40mins around trip. I just don't understand why he couldn't tell me the years he was interested in over the phone. So yeah thanks for the waste of time don't advise to give a vist. Go another 5 mins south on 19 to the other sports shop. They took good...

Extremely disappointed with my local card shop. Lorcana Booster boxes retail at $144.99 and this local is taking advantage of their customers and charging $350. Its very distasteful to see that people who don't even want the cards are selling them outside of stores for very high prices, to then turn around and see my local store being greedy and taking advantage of his own customers. Officially lost my business. Shame on you. It really shows how much you don't care about your community.

Edit: Again, really shows the real you. Rudely commenting on this complaint with all these facts trying to justify yourself. The "fact" is you are over pricing all because of demand. You came out of the gates selling for $250 rather than $144.99 and now $350 "all because you had no chose but to go out and buy them from price gougers" to then turn around and be one yourself. If you sell out..you sell out. WHY would you go out into the market and buy them over priced so you can turn around and sell them over priced. MAKES NO SENSE.

The first time I went to Shortstops was September 2012. It was my first day playing Magic the Gathering ever and I went for a midnight pre-release event. I had no idea what I was doing or who most of the people there were but I felt welcomed. I then started going on a regular basis and I truly learned what it's like to be part of a community. They are an outstanding local business and one that I will always recommend. They are and have always been my favorite Local Game Store, and I frequent a few these days. Travis and Justin are always helpful and do what they can to make sure everyone is happy in a situation. Seriously, they are a great source for your Sports cards, Magic cards, Pokemon cards, even Dragon Ball Super cards and accesories! The best thing about them though, is the years that I've been going on and off they've continually grown and maintained what they have. Which, the past few years is impressive.

Tl; Dr I love these guys and they're good guys. 10/10 will shop...
