We recently had the pleasure of ordering from Baja Springs for a dinner party of 18 people, and we can’t say enough about the incredible food and service we received. From the moment we placed the order, The owner and his staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every dish was tailored to our preferences.
When we picked up our order and item was neatly packaged, and the portions were generous—perfect for our dinner party! The price was very reasonable and our guests were sure we paid much more than we did.
Each dish was prepared perfectly with delicious authentic flavors. What truly stood out was the customer service and the attention to detail in every dish. The owner even contacted us the next day to make sure we were happy with our order and all our guests enjoyed their food. Our guests were talking about the food for days.
If you’re considering Mexican food for takeout or dining in, Baja Springs is the place to go. They effortlessly blend authenticity, flavor, and amazing customer service, making it a true gem in the community. Whether you’re feeding a large group or just indulging in a meal for yourself, you won’t be...
Read moreAmazing taco shop/market that is a definite hidden gem in Palms Springs! The tacos here are authentic and delicious. There are a variety of mouth watering/delicious meats to try in their tacos/burritos. This shop also doubles as a latino gorcery as well. I’m completely amazed about the quality, freshness, portions and the affordability that this shop can provide. They even have a taco tuesday special for 99 cents, hard to find these days! I’ve tried the chorizo, carnitas, pollo asado and Al pastor. The chorizo and pollo is prepared in house and available to buy in the carniceria. I end up picking up a couple of pounds each to cook up for later. I also love that I can have beer with my tacos while enjoying the view of San Jacinto Mountains in the dining area. I had frequented this establishment multiple times during my stay in Palms springs while working. Every single time, they did not disappoint (dine in or takeout) and had me coming back for more. Thus, I highly recommend coming here! I will be back at this establishment whenever I am in the Coachella valley area or passing by...
Read moreI don’t usually write reviews on restaurants. However this place deserves as exception. I came from NC for a short trip in Palm Springs and stayed at the Hyatt. I was craving Mexican food and didn’t want to break the bank on my meal. Not knowing the area, I asked one of the people working at the Hyatt for any suggestions and they mentioned BAJA SPRINGS amongst others. It was close by the hotel and the prices seemed extremely fair. I didn’t expect too much from it considering it was a part convenience store, but I was completely blown away at the authenticity and flavor that I experienced while barely spending any money. I felt that my experience in this establishment was far more enjoyable than when I spend at high-end Mexican restaurants. Something about the family-feel food and the really humble/joyful employees made the experience amazing! Definitely going to be a regular every time I make my way to the dessert area! If you want comfort Mexican food and lovely people, I would suggest Baja springs in a heart beat. They deserve more recognition for the lovely time I...
