Garland and his wonderful shop, Beyond Adventure Games, are truly wonderful. For someone who has an absolute love for collecting MTG and playing, albeit new to commander, OG alpha beta player here, but has a severe problem with social anxieties this place is truly a gem. Garland treats you like you've been buddies your whole life, yet it's your first time in the shop. He's not afraid to answer questions, even if it's a ludicrous as "How do I just come in a play here." Garland is truly a wonderful buy. The atmosphere is truly inviting, even if your social anxieties tell you other wise. Most everyone I have sat with and played with are great people. Truly a hidden gem of Palmer if you’re a nerd like me! The guy who owns the place is such a kinda and fun person who truly knows how to make your visit memorable, before I went there I knew jack squat about Magic the Gathering and now I’m around 8 decks in 😂!! The selection is mainly Magic the Gathering and a small section of some dungeons and dragons core books nothing to crazy on the d&d side but an amazing place for magic!!
