I stumbled upon Alauda Coffeehouse, tucked away upstairs in a charming mercantile shop in Palmer, and what a delightful discovery it was! This place truly deserves all five stars.

From the moment you walk in, you'll notice the spacious and comfortable seating, making it an ideal spot to relax or get some work done. The baristas are incredibly skilled, crafting delicious coffee with precision and care. Every sip was a treat!

But it's not just about the coffee. Their bagel sandwiches, made to order, are absolutely incredible – a perfect complement to their fantastic brews. And let's not forget the scenery: the incredible views of the snow-capped mountains surrounding Palmer from their windows are simply breathtaking.

The staff who work here are exemptionally friendly, exemplary of Alaskan hospitality.

Cute place, but terrible service (at least today 9/22/25 at 5:30pm). Ordered two coffees and it took over 15 mins, two people working and they didn’t seem to be able to multitask. One was washing dishes or something while the other was making a sandwich, the one should have been focused on making coffees and saving the dishes for once customers were taken care of. Neither expressed how long it would take when I ordered the coffee, had I known how long it would be I wouldn’t have...

Very good coffee and tasty food! One of my favorite coffee shops now and I wish I lived up here so I could go to Alauda all the time. They were very accommodating with my food restrictions and they also have delicious gluten and/or dairy-free desserts. I ordered a BLT bagel but ordered it as a lettuce wrap, which was delicious.
