Great Alaska Pizza Co — Restaurant in Palmer

The worst experience I have had in a long time. The worst customer service experience in a long time, rude! I ordered the pizzas based on the prices on the website. I get to the restaurant and I’m told that those prices are old prices and that’s not what their food cost now. OK, they said I got a discount for paying cash, my total was over $70, I pulled out $100 bill. I was told that I could not pay With $100 bill because they don’t accept hundred dollar bills. There is a sign in front of the cash register, it’s ripped, but he did pointed out to me. is noted on a torn sign in front of the register. Luckily, I had my debit card with me and money in my account. OK, I guess I’ll pay with card. And then I was told I would no longer be getting the discount for paying with cash, because I was paying card. I asked if I could talk to a manager or who I could file a complaint with. The cashier told me I could complain to him or the Manager but it wasn’t going to do anything or change anything. Also, they serviced me my garlic Parmesan wings plain with just a dipping sauce and the wings were so fatty. We could hardly eat them. The pizza was ok. There are plenty of pizza places in Alaska and this will not be one that I would recommend to anyone!

(Palmer Location) All the staff is super nice EXCEPT the manager. She was very very rude and disrespectful. I always order chicken, bacon and ranch pizza from there and that's what I've always gotten delivered. The last time I ordered it it came to my house with tomato sauce, chicken and red onions. I called and kindly let them know my order was wrong and all she (the manager) could do was throw tons of attitude and insist that the pizza I recieved is what I ordered. Long story short I had to walk down there with the pizza and ask for my my money back which I did receive. I have never ordered from them since. On customer appreciation day. I went to order my pizza after work. No big deal I get your slammed. But the way your employee Ian treats customers and other employees is atrocious.I walked through the door to be greated with a "did you pay?"
