Avoid this place like the plague. ⚠️

I’ve read some of their replies so, I’ll clarify.

Attempt 1 & 2: I contacted them via IG DM and was told to e-mail.

Attempt 2 & 3: I called to make an appt in person & guy owner said it wasn’t needed & most book by e-mail. I called to ask for an estimate and some lady again redirected me to send an e-mail.

Attempt 4 & 5: Which I did - I was only e-mailed once by “Yvette” with the price book - I wrote back a couple times asking to reserve a date/confirm the estimate & didn’t hear back. I wrote back again despite being blown off and nothing.

I liked their pics on IG & saw they had good reviews but, I ended up having to go with another company who actually REPLIES.

I don’t know how they have so much business when their customer service is 🗑️. They probably give a steep discount in exchange for a good review (I’ve seen many companies do this). Needless, to the Baby Shower came out beautiful unbeknownst/no thanks to them.

The email you’ve been emailing is Yvette. She had an active email for less than a week as she no longer worked there. Our customer service is A1, one of the best in Miami if not the best. We respond well within 24 hours during our regular business hours. Please don’t let this one review, who didn’t use us, derail you from having the best stress free experience with your event. We have overall 150 5 star reviews for a reason!”

😬 YIKES - You attract more bees with honey.

Instead of just apologizing and making it right (rectifying the situation) = she got defensive. 👎

She mentioned something about having small kids but, I left that out. As this is irrelevant - I’m 8+ months pregnant 🤰🏻 and they’re still stressing me out months later!

I had to block Jess on FB because she kept missing the point and writing essays about how it’s not their fault.

However, now her biased sister attached photo and biggest supporter came to her defense.

She conveniently leaving out that they’re related and decided to take jabs at a pregnant woman. 👏🏼

These people are acting like the mafia and are very UNPROFESSIONAL. My family is now fearing for my safety.

🛑 I think they forgot that this is AMERICA 🇺🇸 and I will not be bullied in to deleting my review/being silenced.

The delivery drop off and pick-up went smoothly as they were very punctual. However, the quality of the tables rented were not what we expected. The event, baby shower, was indoors at a home. Six out of eight legs of the tables were missing the bottom cap to protect the floor. The tile would have been scratched had we not as the costumers put felt fabric and tape. We did ask the two men delivering before they left if they happened to have felt pads or caps in the truck and they didn't. Also, during the initial delivery one of the men briefly cleaned the chairs but we felt they needed a deeper clean as they were black and dirty full of grass from most likely a previous outdoor event.

Jessica, the event specialist, responded to our feedback so kindly/politely, professionally and quickly. She stated they purchased caps and more rigorous cleaning products. We would rent again because of her reaction to our feedback! We appreciate...

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!! Jessica was a real life-saver for us and gave us even better than we expected! A week before the Superbowl, another vendor pulled the rug out from under us and we were left without all of our major decorations for an important networking event. Not only did Jessica come through for us at the last minute, we even got things that the other vendor said we couldn't have, in a shorter timeframe and at a better price! She emailed and texted us over the weekend to make sure the order got in on time, and even went the extra mile to troubleshoot some day-of issues with the sign maker! She was so kind and exceptionally professional. We ended up with a beautiful green wall and neon sign that looked gorgeous in photos. We truly could not have done it without her.
