Takee Outee — Restaurant in Florida

Gave me and my partner the wrong order. He's allergic to shrimp, and they gave him shrimp instead of Kung pao chicken. We let them know of the seafood allergy as we ordered something with shrimp and asked to replace it with veggies. That meal was fine, but the meal that was supposed to be just CHICKEN had shrimp in it. It wasn't on the menu or website, so It was a complete mistake. When i called to let the manager know, he simply said to refund the order through doordash and simply didn't care that HIS store's screw up caused my boyfriend to have an allergic reaction. He even tried to question me on if it was even shrimp and what it looked like, as if I couldn't tell what shrimp was. I told him it was curled in cause it was shrimp and had the shrimp tail cus it was shrimp. Ridiculous lack of empathy for our situation and offered no resolution for their mistake. Derailed our whole entire day and couldve killed my partner....

Absolutely delicious food! We've tried all of the rest in the area and it's kind of hit or miss. Takee Outee is consistantly great every time. We usually get shrimp & garlic sauce, shrimp & lobster sauce and egg rolls. Everything is perfectly cooked everytime. We've been coming here for about 4 years so this review is long overdue. Love this place!

**Just an update to this great Chinese restuarant with a clean new look. They're still going strong with delicious food time after time. So glad they're still open even though the shopping center is under construction. Super nice people own and operate this place and we always look forward to going back. Easlly a 5 star...

We were in the area and heard a little bit about this place. So we decided to give it a shot. This is strictly a take out place. The two ladies in the front greeted us and took our order. They were pleasant and efficient. The food took 20 minutes to make. The price was affordable. A meal for two people was in the mid $30's which is affordable. We ordered two plates (Beef Lo Mein & Honey Chicken) and split them (which was enough for 4 people). Once home we liked how well they packaged the food. The food size was great. It tasted okay and was fresh. Overall it's not a bad spot but not the best...
