A fantastic dining experience at Good Liquid Brewing! My partner and I started with a trio of appetizers—the Cali eggrolls, meatballs, and fried cauliflower—all equally delicious. The eggrolls had the perfect crunch, balanced well with the warm avocado filling. The meatballs were flavorful and complemented perfectly by a marinara sauce that reminded me of my grandmother's. The cauliflower was a standout—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and paired well with the chili sauce on the side.

For my main dish, I had the Portobello burger. Its been a while since my vegetarian days, i had been craving this and it did not disappoint. The mushroom was juicy and well-seasoned. The fries were a great complement - perfectly crunchy on the outside, with a warm, mashed-potato-like texture on the inside.

I also loved all the beers I tried! I typically stick to IPAs, but when the manager stopped by to check in, he recommended I try the amber—and it was absolutely delicious. Smooth, well-balanced, and it paired well with my meal. A fantastic suggestion that I wouldn’t have chosen on my own!

A special shoutout to our server, Rebecca, who was incredibly patient and accommodating. With my nut allergy, I had several questions about ingredients, and she answered them all with care. She also happily adjusted my order to have the sauce on the side for the cauliflower. I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of.

I really want to love this place but I just cannot. I know this place is still new but there are so many upsetting things that compound into this bad review.

The beer is mid. Had a flight with an ipa, two lagers, and a sour. All of it is single-note and, without a broad or weird selection, becomes boring. Biggest pet peeve was their amber lager tasting (and looking!) like a stout. The bartender was nice but completely clueless with the beer. Also any bar worth its salt has better organization and storage options for personal affects - see picture!!

The food is hit or miss. All of the sides are to die for but the entrees are lackluster - and come with a heavy pricetag. The table was fighting for the last brussel sprout but had someone who couldn't manage more than a bite of his burger.

Lastly, and my group thinks this is a stretch, the layout of this place is so awkward!! Good Liquid's cocktail bar is positioned with the fermentation vats as the background with lots of open space. Their LWR location has a giant bar first thing when you walk in with a designated "to-go" area. The bar here is all the way in the back behind walls and tables with no clear path! You'd think a brewery would want to encourage easy and quick seating at their bar - the moneymaker! I am glad that the Parrish area has another restaurant, and a local one at that, but this is just disappointing.

We've been here a couple of times and while the food was good both times the service was ok at best. Both times it had been for dinner. Decided to try them for lunch this past Saturday. Our experience this time ensures we won't go back! We got there at about 2:00 on Saturday afternoon. There were some customers, but definitely not anywhere lunch or dinner crowds,and there was plenty of empty tables. The man at the host stand asked if we wanted to sit inside or out. We said outside so he told us to go pick a seat and he'd bring us some menus. A woman who had been at the stand with him brought us the menus and silverware and said our server would be with us shortly. When we went out on the patio there were some other people seated and actually a male server was dealing with a table as we went out. We sat there for maybe seven or eight minutes without being acknowledged. In the meantime two servers had come out and checked on other tables and 2 tables paid left and were cleared. After we've been there at this point well over 10 minutes probably closer to 15 a female server comes out seats a table and gets their drink order. Now neither the male or female server have acknowledged our table at all. Both the male and female server looked right at us and neither acknowledged us.
