The manager Joshua at the store handled everything amazingly.
What happened: I tried to put an order through the app and got an error message that the card number was incorrect. The charge did go through to my card. So I called the store the manager could not find my credit card transaction. So he advised to call customer service number on the app. So I did.
Corporate Pizza Hut customer service sucks. The guy just basically told me I was screwed and that I would not be able to feed my family tonight. I asked for a supervisor and was informed none were on the floor. I asked for his name and he put me on hold and hung up on me. Very unprofessional customer service reps.
So I called the restaurant again to place my order. I told the manager what had happened when I called corporate customer service. The manager Joshua was very helpful letting me know it was a phantom charge and would come off when the charge settled. He was shocked at the way the customer service rep handled this situation. Joshua made the whole situation better.

The first delivery guy gets there and gives me the 2 pizzas and I said, where's the cinnamon sticks, he said I have to get them. The way he said it made it seem like they were in his car. I walk in and put the pizzas down and go back outside, he's sitting in his car in my driveway smoking a cigarette. I asked what he was doing he said, I told you I have to go get them, apparently he forgot them at the store. I go in my house a little frustrated and figure we'll at least get to eat the pizza. All 4 of the garlic sauces were busted open all over both pizzas. Not everybody that was here liked garlic sauce including my child. Needless to say I was even more furious.
