Went here this morning for breakfast. Used the drive-thru like I normally do. After waiting at the ordering station for over 10 minutes, I finally left. It appears as though no one is working today? There were 10 cars behind me and almost as many waiting to pay and pickup in front of me. Went back for more on 5/6/2021. Spent 17 minutes in front of the ordering station in the drive thru before they took my order. Another 11 minutes to get to the pay window when they tried to charge me for someone else's order. Turns out they they got/processed my order. They took it then and I paid. 8 more minutes to pick up. Thus place defies decent service. Will I go back? Check later.
Went back again today (1/6/2023)to see if things have gotten any better. Drive thru time was only 7 minutes. I clearly ordered a Pancake and Sausage Platter. They even repeated my order back you me and it was correct. When I paid at the window I even asked if it was the Pancake and Sausage Platter and I received confirmation that it was. I was also clear that I only wanted the Platter without anything else. SURPRISE !! When I got home and opened it, I found a Sausage and egg croissant. This place can't help themselves....Sad.
2/3/2022: returned for another try. Ordered a pancake meal with sausage and a medium coffee. Went in to order because of the issues I have had with the drive-thru before. I thought they would have assumed because I was ordering inside that I had intended to consume it there, but no, it was packaged up to go. I got to my table and realized that they never gave me a receipt. Went back for receipt and then, after returning to table, realized they never gave me any butter. Went back for that only to be told they didn't have any. The pancakes and sausage were fine, even without the butter. I left, taking coffee with me. Put the coffee in the microwave to heat it up. The coffee was absolutely the worst I have ever had. It tasted like dishwater, filled with coffee grounds and was a pale tan color. I don't think it was brewed correctly and was probably even done without a paper filer. It continues to disappoint...
1/18/2024: Stopped on this morning for breakfast. I ordered the Pancake & Sausage platter. I usually have this with very little syrup because I have to limit my sugar intake and lots of butter. Guess what? They were all out of butter today, so I had to eat my pancakes...
Read moreStore just can’t get their act together! Just went there as I live 2 mins away and I go there for breakfast quite often, food is usually good as far as breakfast goes. The problem is they get the order wrong all the time, and it’s been a constant issue over the last 2-3 years, maybe longer! I actually stopped going there for about a year due to all the stupid mistakes that are inexcusable!
Just went and order two Croissants with no egg, and or course it’s wrong! The lady even confirmed that I wanted just meat and cheese, yet when I get my order is rung up as NO CHEESE! 🤦♂️ There was nobody else in front of me, I was the only car at the time and this is just pathetic! If your taking orders and can’t remember a simple order for 3 seconds then either don’t take them or your not in front of the register, don’t take them at all if you can’t understand a simple no-egg request or maybe GET OFF YOUR DAMN CELL PHONES WHILE WORKING! The girl at the register was more concerned about the text messages she was getting/sending than her job from the looks of it! It’s also not a good look to have a kid using a cell phone while handling customers debit/credit cards as it can look suspect and make people think they are attempting to steal their information, if that’s not what they are truly up to anyways!
Sad that store just continues to have the same issues, for over 2 years and they just can’t seem to get their act together! Once more restaurants open around here I’m done giving this horrific fast food hell hole my...
Read moreWe were ignored and laughed at when trying to pickup our mobile order. Worker named Marianna was seen laughing and hiding from us as we kept circling around asking for our food which was already paid for. Online it says the location closed at 12 but it actually closed at 11, the order was placed before but we got there at 10:45 to pickup and Marianna didn’t even have the decency to say they weren’t taking orders therefore we couldn’t even get a refund. After driving around the drive through and knocking on window a different worker came out and issued our refund but being ignored and laughed at for 40 minutes is completely unacceptable. I told the other worker if Marianna came to the window and at least apologized I wouldn’t escalate things further by calling the general manager to file a complaint and she said was not going go apologize for her poor behavior. The worker pushed her to do so so she wouldn’t get in trouble so she agreed and apologized very rudely saying “im sorry I did not take your order when we were closed” while rolling her eyes speaking under her breath. she heard us talking through the drive through and knew it was a mobile order which was already paid for. She was immature and completely disrespectful. My family did not eat that night as everything in our area was already closed.
