At first really nice friendly anything to get me to buy something after I purchased I explain my situation that I’m from San Antonio so I’ll be coming out of town so I decided on my second payment just paid off so I gave them a call for hours prior to me arriving and asked what time do they close told him that I might be there 10 minutes before closing time if that was OK with them they said yes but we will not be here a minute later than 8 o’clock from there I thought And felt a bad vibe did not feel like good customer service so I told him who I am what I purchased and then I was going to be arriving at the time that I previously had said repeating myself I end up arriving 20 minutes prior to eight which is closing time handled my paperwork and say I’m here to pay it off And get my ring she walks to the back not a minute later walks back to the front and says we close our safe at 7:30 and explain myself that I had called and they should have explained that during my car for hours prior to me arriving explaining my situation that I was going to arrive 10 minutes prior to closing
If it wasn’t for the policy that they have of finding me $164 for returning my item and not following through with my purchase I would do so in a heartbeat because that’s customer service that they’re providing everyone should be updated on the safe policy and therefore explains his customers prior to their arrival
Never again will I do service with them they lost a good customer due to I want it more rings and hopefully purchase firearms from there
Mind you the phone call was provided by the manager And my formation was given to the manager and as a manager it makes the store look bad not only the store but the rest of the coworkers and the owner of the business the manager doesn’t even know his own policy and how to speak to people and remind them that 30 minutes till closing they will not be handing out any items due to the safe being close therefore I would not have from San Antonio being a four hour distance
