On various occasions Iâve spoken to several trufit employees regarding a termination of my account. On the first interaction, which was when I purchased the contract, I was not informed of the termination guidelines however, Iâm being blamed by employees that it was my responsibility to know about the termination guidelines, so no one is willing to help because I terminated 10* days prior to being billed. On the second interaction, I walked into a location and was told that thereâs still about 3 months left of my contract, therefore the termination wouldnât commence because Iâm terminating early. All this time Iâm not using my membership, I decide to hold out for the next 3 months and let you guys charge me because the contact was still active. I called prior to walking in and spoke with a representative who informed me that I can walk into any location and terminate my contract there, no mention of this 30-day rule you guys have, and he also let me know that itâs a good time to terminate since Iâve paid for the entire 12 months. I walked into the trufit at 3205 N Conway Ave, Mission, 78573, TX and was given a cancellation document to sign and I did so, still no mention of the 30-day rule. The gentleman at the front desk let me know that it would be cancelled, and someone should contact me if there are any additional questions or concerns, no one called. My issue is that Iâve interacted with trufit employees on separate occasions regarding this termination and on neither of those separate occasions was I informed or aware that there was a 30-day termination rule. We all decided to post in one because we are so grateful on how sammy received us. I see him always at trufit, man let me tell you, this guy right there is a real one every time we have an issue or questions we go up to him. why? well, first of all his smile is a really good smile, bold, confident, a smile that shows friendliness. Sometimes he opens at 5 am, how he greets with a smile and friendly make your day a better day. His customer service, excellent always trying to find a solution for us. we see him all around the gym cleaning, last time he was vacuuming and mopping, who does that when you are only at front desk. Sammy does. We love the connection he has with his coworker, hearing them laugh, man makes the whole atmosphere a great home. We have too many thing to say about this boy ,but as for now we leave it like that. One thing that others Trufit need to see. Is how this boy greets, smile, connects with people, and the friendship he creates all around, he is a special one. Let me tell you, this guy is not even asking for reviews, I heard someone say leave a review for us. I ask what can the review be she said it can be anything, any review helps.    Read moreI cannot believe what just happened to me. I had the most horrible experience with the sales person (Janette) who was in front scanning barcodes. My husband and I have the platinum membership, but my 15 year old son has a basic which allows him to go only the our gym which is in McAllen. Since we were visiting my parents, we went to the Trufit in Mission which is 5 mins away from my parents' house. My son works out for over 3 hours at the gym. I told him that I would drop him off, then I would come back and work out the last hour. The lady greeted us with an attitude, and told me that I am not allowed to do that. I explained that I have done it before and I always come back to work out. I just cant stay 3 hours! She threatened that she was going to write a note on my account that I was doing that. I told her I am not cheating the system. I am coming back. I pay for my membership. My son pays for a membership, but after she threatened me with writing the note on my account, I told her to cancel my membership. I asked her for a copy of my cancellation paper, and she REFUSED to give me a copy. REFUSED!! I signed that document, of course she has to give me a copy! So I took a picture of it. I had NEVER experienced anything like this. I am always nice to people. I cannot believe they have people like that greeting people. I feel for those who have to see her at the gym everyday.
