The Mission location has very bad customer service. I went there today and the employees shut down four isles at the same time to mop while customers were trying to shop. The four employees that were moping kept shouting at customers that the isles were closed and not to go in. One customer stated to one of the employees that she really needed an item from one of the isles and the employee tolder she would have to wait five minutes so the floor could dry. Then at 6:40 pm the employees turned the lights off while customers were still shopping and went to each isle to tell customers that the store was closed and to hurry to the register to pay. When I asked one of the employees what time the store closed she stated that the store closes at 6:45 pm. The website clearly states that the store closes at 7:00 pm. When I got to the register I asked the cashier what time the store closed, she stated that she did not know, that is when a male employee that was guarding the enterance of the store intervened and stated that the store closes at 6:40 pm. I advised him that the website states they close at 7:00 pm. While we were discussing this, a customer wanted to come into the store to shop. The male employee told the customer that the store was closed. It was 6:45 pm and the customer told the male employee that the store sign states that closing is at 7:00 pm. He did not let her in and repeated that the store was closed. During all of this the the lights in the store remained off while there were still several customers shopping in the store. Mopping and turing off the lights while customers are still shopping in the store is a safety hazard for both customers and employees. Closing the store at 6:40 pm even though the website and store sign state that the closing time is 7:00 pm is deceitful and misleading to customers. I’m a wholesale buyer and used to purchase a lot there but in January they told me that they can’t charge wholesale anymore at the branches, and that I have to go to the Ash St location. I went there but they don’t have anything of what I want. So now I can’t do business at the branches no more :( so sad about that radical decision that’s affecting us wholesale customers. Now I have to look for another businesses locally to purchase wholesale instead, I hope they go back to accepting wholesale at the branches cause I love everything...

My friend and I was shopping today. We saw some underware that we like and wanted about 7 pair each. OMG they would not let us have it. They said you have to get the other styles till the rack is cleaned off. I said I dont like those styles. thay said sorry you cant buy the style you want. we cant open the package.
