I visited Peter Piper Pizza on June 25th around 7:40 PM and placed an order for the current special — two large pizzas for $24.99 (a pepperoni and a sausage). I received my receipt at 7:42 PM, but I wasn’t given a buzzer when the order was placed.
After about 20 minutes of waiting, I asked my mom to check with the staff about our pizzas. A male staff member in the kitchen area said the pizzas had already been picked up. When I spoke with him myself, he asked, “Are you sure you didn’t already get them? Did you get a buzzer?” I explained that we hadn’t received anything and had been sitting there the whole time.
He did end up remaking the order, which I appreciated, but the overall tone and attitude of both him and another employee (a female with glasses) made me feel uncomfortable — as if we were being accused of not telling the truth. When we finally received the pizzas, there was no apology or acknowledgment. It felt dismissive and a bit judgmental.
I understand things can get busy, and mistakes happen — but I’d really appreciate if this incident could be reviewed (order #62). I was wearing a black shirt and my mom was in red, in case camera footage helps clarify the situation. I’m happy to speak with a manager directly if needed.
Thank you for your time and for taking customer...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came for the pizza… and left with a full belly and a new member of the Big Papa fan club!
The food was great, the vibe was solid—but Big Papa? He shined. Friendly, super attentive, and clearly takes pride in his job. You can feel the difference when someone actually cares, and he does.
He even gave my nephew a free drink, which made his whole day (and honestly made me emotional for a second 😭). Big Papa goes above and beyond, and it shows.
Peter Piper, take notes: this man is the gold standard. Promote him, give him a raise, name a pizza after him—I don’t care, just give him his flowers.
Thank you Big Papa, for making our visit feel like more than just dinner. You’re a...
Read moreMy sister lost her backpack and when I asked the cashier (Alexis) and manager. They both denied it being turned in. After 30 minutes looking for the backpack like crazy my sister decided to look on her own behind the cashiers desk and guess where the backpack was. Right there where the cashier had denied. Just FYI that Alexis * knew the backpack was there. And denied to give it back to the owner (my sister). I just can't believe she lied to my face. The back pack regardless of the value had very important documents and my nieces important things. Manager and cashier ALEXIS horrible service. And disgusting people overall. I would leave zero stars if possible...
