Came into this location a few weeks ago to get some change. The male teller was super nice and cheerful. Came back in here for the same reason and did not have the same experience. 3 women were at teller windows and were talking to each other or looking down. I was the only one in there so I it stood there. After a few minutes, a teller finally acknowledged me. I told her what I needed and she pulled her cash drawer out. She asked me if I was a customer and had an account. I asked her “why” and she rolled her eyes said they “do not do currency exchanges for non-customers” in a very condescending way. Customer service doesn't seem to matter at all anymore. Their website has broken links, outdated contact info and cryptic error messaging.
