I personally would not recommend this location to anyone/ I would not recommend T-Mobile. I went to this location in November of 2023 to get new iPhones for my family based on the promotion of getting a free iPhone 15 for new customers. I asked very specifically if I would receive an $830 credit for each iPhone 13 I was trading in. I was told that I would receive $830 on each phone. I was then told that on top of the $830 I would receive a fair market trade in of $260 per device that we could use to "buy extras or cover activation fees." During this process, we also heard the sales representative speak with the manager in the back assuring him that he was "going to get us to buy some add ons." I personally do not like to be treated like an idiot, so after physically hearing that I was about to be convinced to buy some overpriced extra's, I chose to put the money towards activation fees. I just received my first bill and saw that I owed money on each line for the device. The truth then came out, the $260 was a part of the $830 trade in value that was given up front on the day of purchase. The remaining $570 would be a statement credit on each device over a 24 month period. This was not explained at the store when I specifically asked about it. He continually reassured me that the $260 was on top of the $830. There are few things more important to me than integrity. This is an absolute lack of integrity/honesty. If this situation was based off of disinformation on the part of the sales associate, it is still unacceptable. Be a professional, know your job and do it well. Do not lie or try to make sales off of information you think is true. If your not sure get clarification. I asked clarifying questions throughout my visit to the store and was assured each time that we were getting money for the phones and extra money. This was obviously a sales tactic that I am know paying for because of his faulty information. I called the store back in order to get clarification and was treated harshly. I had to call a supervisor at T-Mobile corporate in order to finally get clarity on my bill and what was being charged. Special attention needs to be brought towards Mr. Duane Senior Jr. Who went out of his way to help me when my cell phone was sent to me with Malware in it and I was scanned. This has nothing to do with Sprint and everything to do with the provider of the device Apple. Mr. Senior spent hours helping me straighten out everything that got screwed up once Hackers got remote Control of all my devices exposing my entire network and everything on my devices was completely compromised, these scammers stole over $2500 directly from me and none of this was friend's fault. The store personnel especially Mr. Senior handled it with the utmost professionalism, compassion, and determination. What ever they are paying Mr. Duane Senior Jr., it is nowhere near enough! I hope to supervisors and top brass at Sprint read this review and consider what I said. If all Store personnel had the attitude and desired to help their customers, stores would be I'll Hundred percent more successful than they are right now. I had an old Apple Watch series 5 Nike that was essentially worthless however still paying on the agreement. After much incompetence by the store employees in Palmyra, PA. The employee decided that they could not sell me the new device because in their system it was calling the new device a ābuybackā. Both employees stated that they have never seen this before and could not go through with selling me the Apple Watch. With no explanation I was merely moved to the side and another customer was being helped. I was confused and felt unheard. And to top things off a new Apple Watch series 7 is now showing in my device agreements in my T-Mobile app. Wow! Again with no explanation from the store employees. Please take this under advisement and have your employees retrained immediately. And now T-Mobile customer service is telling me that there is a third watch on my account! The sheer incompetence of these store employees was glaring as far as the eye could see!
