The spaghetti quality is really intermittent. Some days you can be like, wow! I really like this spaghetti but other days you are disappointed. Generally no gluten free options and for my celiac friend that is distressing. Most of the time they will have a vegan option but even that is also very hard to predict. Really sad that such a great school with so much public funding isn't doing more to improve it's pasta reputation. It's a bit of an impasta, if you ask me. Not that you did. Some days they cook the spaghetti for too long, and it's really mushy. Other days it's perfectly al dente- like 2 Michelin star quality. Sometimes they don't put the dry spaghetti in water, they just light it on fire and serve it as a flambe. It mixes things up, but it really hurts to eat.
