Popped in on a recent Saturday morning just to smell all the amazing fragrances. We were approached by two staff members who assisted us with general fragrance questions. After realizing we weren't really sure what type of fragrance we should purchase as a gift, we settled on their new Odor Removing Candle with basil, tomato leaf, and mint. It was the perfect entry point for anyone unsure about a person's fragrance preference, yet still had plenty of herbal notes to satisfy a candle enthusiast. Poor customer service & attention was shown after I have asked for assistance on getting my birthday candle. After the retailer told me I had to buy something to get my birthday gift, he went behind the counter & no longer catered to me & didn't give me any attention.

I understand store versus online policy on gift purchases however, the instant change in his attitude showed how much he degraded me as a customer. Mid Dec2024 Worldwide brand candle and fragrance store with this conveniently located outlet at T&C. We were looking for a gift for relatives and Veronica with the rest of her staff were able to assist us to make our choices spot on. The staff was very informative and accomodating and gave us a lot of insights during our visit.

I particularly appreciated the way they presented each scented candle and gave us guidance on the fragrances.

The store though small was wonderfully decorated especially for the holiday season.
