While visiting Palo Alto I ran into a situation in which I needed an office space ASAP. I called Regus in Palo Alto and spoke with Alyssa who immediately helped me book an office and gave me detailed instructions on how to find there center. The facility is very clean and well kept. The office that I was given was very open and had large windows that allowed plenty of nature light. I was pleasantly surprise when my clients who came to see me where offered coffee and directed to my office. Very professional. I rented a Regus spot in Menlo Park/Redwood City and once I signed the contract I never heard from anyone again except when I received the invoices. My contact started in May 2021, I was charged a late fee for not paying on time in April, even though my contract STARTED in May 2021. Here it is Saturday, August 28th and I have yet to receive a refund or a reply to my emails. Would NOT recommend them!! If you must deal with them, watch your credit card statement with a fine tooth comb as you will be double charged, oh and we your contract ends, they bill you $30 - not sure why. DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Parking lot isnt kept clean trash blowing all over maintenance people there are not friendly and very judgemental. I happen to be remodeling a store there and the tenant was told where the trash can be tossed at so after working 10-12hrs I take out the trash and all cuz of the tattoos all over I'm assuming. The rental security people came up to me like I didnt belong around there dumpsters and I had to leave there premises that there gonna call the real cops for dumping illegally just nasty...
