If I can give this store 0 I would I came in here to upgrade my phone I noticed a gentlemen sitting there and when they would help him they would be like 6 feet away I’m yes he did have a odor but when dealing with people you have to be nice and respectful and treat every one the same poor guy they would speak to him and he was not good if hearing and could not hear. I intervened and told them he was not able to under stand and I started to explain what he needed to do for his phone to work. The manager natasha opened the door and I felt that was rude and was not trying to deal with the gentle man. Then finally Giovanni was helping him but went and out gloves on to help him I felt that was disrespectful they did not do that for other customers and the manager natasha would help other people at close range why was this gentle men treated different. They thought he did not have money but I told them don’t judge a book. BY its cover you be surprised they might have more money than us. So they get his phone thing going and they out the chip in his phone and did not work so I took it upon my self to make sure it was working and it did not I told them it was not working and you guys usually check and make sure and they were so rude about it never have I ever seen some one get treated like this. It’s like they who ever comes in your store treat them equal every one is the same no matter what they look like and smell like.

Read moreI walked in on a non busy Saturday morning and asked to get a second SIM card on my account. I did get a SIM card in the end but the employees were disrespectful and knew less about the product that I was buying than I did. After handing me a new SIM card they insisted that it would not be locked and I could set up my own SIM PIN without knowing a default pre-set PIN. Even though I told them I encountered this problem before at a different AT&T store and showed them on my iPhone that it was asking for a PIN they first wouldn't believe me. They tried instead to argue that SIM PINs are not of their concern and I have to figure it out on my own. After I made clear that I would not leave the store without a SIM card I can lock with a PIN, one of the two employees who argued with me started searching online. They refused to call their own customer service. After a while he found a default PIN that worked on a Forum online but even then they remained stubborn refusing to enter the code themselves in the case it wouldn't work so that they wouldn't be responsible if the SIM card locks. Maybe if they focused more on the product that I am coming to buy instead of trying to sell all that other junk I'm not asking for they would give customers a better experience. My recommendation:...
Read moreI came in with an impossible situation. We decided to give my son one of our old phones and got stuck with something when I tried to set up my husband’s old phone. I was sent to the Apple store where the impossible situation was confirmed, leaving me with the only option to upgrade my own phone. Back to AT&T to set up my old phone with a new number for my son and activate my new phone. The store was short-staffed and only a few customers were allowed in at a time. I didn't mind the wait. I hadn't planned to upgrade my phone and had run out of storage space so couldn't properly back up my phone for months and now had to start that back up while I waited to go into the store. Runy had the pleasure of helping me that time and she was just amazing. She helped me activate my new phone, got me a new screen protector, as we waited for my old phone to backup. She setup the new phone number and SIM card and was so calm and courteous and so professional. Even though I didn't expect to spend 2+ hours with her, she was incredibly patient. I am so thankful for the service I received at this AT&T location! The staff there, especially Ruby, are...
