It used to have a variety of specialty shops, it is now is dominated by banks and real estate offices, but there is a little market, a small flower vendor, a restaurant and an assortment of professional offices. Charming looking old brick building plaza with businesses and a restaurant that me and the wifey like to go to. Feels very European like you are in Europe and the front has an ocean view. Even a Euro style fountain in the front of Neptune I assume. Not really too much else to do except for enjoy the scene.
