IRepair — Local services in Panama City Beach

I got my battery replaced here and now my charge cords don’t work. I came here to have my battery replaced in my iPhone 6, which I had no problem paying for and the person was very fast in doing the repair so I was initially happy.

Before I had my battery replaced, my cords would always have a little wiggle room in the charge port which never had any issues creating a charge over a variety of brands of both Apple and other aftermarket charge appliances. After the replacement, my charge port felt very snug, which at first I was happy for, until I got home and was unable to charge my phone with six out of the seven different charge cords I have at home. This goes for different outlet plugins, charging from USB ports in my car and on my PC.

The guy was nice enough in letting me come back to at least show him the issue, but once there, he basically said that replacing the battery in no way affects the charge port. I told him of my concerns that I had never had this issue until literally the day he replaced my battery to which he shrugged it off and said the port “probably just needs to be cleaned”, which he did. I brought in several cords to show him that they weren’t working and he basically said that charge cords are cheap and wear out quickly and that I need to buy new ones that work. So from now on, I’ll have to buy between two and five cords at a time and see which ones work and return those that don’t… Oh, and replacing a charge...

My husband and I both had our screens replaced at IRepair. After we left, my husband's ear piece & sensor weren't working, so we went back. After we got my husbands phone back, his screen was extremely dark - the brightness is all the way turned up but it's like the screen is stuck on dim. We contacted the owner the next day letting him know we needed them to resolve the issue - he had seemed in our prior interactions to be kind and helpful. However, he refused to help. So yes the cracked screen is fixed, but the brightness adjustment no longer works. Very disappointed that they wouldn't even welcome us back to look into the issue that they obviously caused when they replaced the screen.

For my phone, I had issues with the screen protector. I couldn't use the deep-touch feature on my phone and i had to push buttons several times for it to work. I ended up removing the screen protector, which was my fault. but i didn't expect my screen to already be cracked th next day when i dropped my phone in the car. In my opinion, it should not have cracked that easily already. Will be visiting a different company for...

i would give this place a zero if i could. i was on vacation down there and had sadly dropped and busted my phone so i went here to get it replaced, $170 screen replacement, the screen looked perfect and i went on my way thinking everything was good until later that night my phone was being unresponsive and not letting me into it ( mind you this had never happened before i got it fixed here ) i got it working again so i thought oh no big deal but it kept happening but i could fix it until the day i left and it started doing it again and absolutely wouldn't let me in . for the past month i've been dealing with this but i can usually fix it ( i have to fix it every hour) until today it shut off completely and for the past ten hours i haven't been able to get into it at all no matter what i try and what apple has told me would fix it so now i have to go get it fixed again and spend another almost 200 dollars for something that wasn't even wrong with my phone til the owner...
