I have been doing business with VAFA's Jewelers for many years and have referred several to come and check them out. Everyone told me that they were very satisfied with the service, the selection of jewelry and their purchases. I too have also been very satisfied with each purchase and all repairs that have been made on my older jewelry. Matthew has always been very helpful, friendly and kind...he even took the time out to search in a couple of jewelry books that he had on hand to help me try and find a cross that I wanted to replace because I had lost a very special one that belonged to my late Grandmother. I'm unhappy that after all these years, they're having to move to another location. As I said, I've been a long time customer (that he always made me fill like part of the family when I walk in)....I "WILL" be following them to their new location. I needed some watches fixed asap and reading several reviews I decided to come here. Vafa verified the issues, stated no problem to get both watches fixed, quoted prices and guaranteed the watches would be ready the next day at a designated time. Very reasonable repair prices and he seem to genuinely be concerned about what was needed for the repairs. I came back the next day at the designated time and he had a lovely assistant with him, who displayed the same kind of great customer service. Watches were working like new, so if you need jewelry fixed, this is definitely where you will receive an experienced craftsmen who pays close attention to detail. I would definitely return for service for any other needs.

I wore my wedding band for 30yrs and rarely removed it. I had to have a doctor get it off for me I did not wanna have it cut. But I went up 2 ring sizes. In order to wear it comfortably I had to have it resized which included cutting. As you can see in the photo I have a very unique band. It was custom-made, I did not want to lose any of the unique design. VAFA was able to resize my band meticulously, it looks exactly like it did on my wedding day 4.30.94!
