Aladdin Market — Local services in Paradise

I came here specifically for some Ground Beef Koobideh seasoning and BOY did they deliver with a whole WALL of fully stocked product!! I had been waiting for MONTHS for the India Market down the street to restock when I finally decided to look elsewhere. I'm SO glad I did! Not only is this place way closer to my house but the customer service is above and beyond the rude clerks/owners of India Market. They dont look at you weird, on the contrary they make you feel welcome and answer any questions you have. The store is very clean, well stocked. I also noticed the great selection of middle eastern pastries they had, I happen to be a fan of Nazook and was surprised they had something like this in stock! They even had Sarshir (Persian thing I enjoy with pita bread and honey)! Overall, my new go to for Middle...

Rudest people ever! I think these ppl forget what customer service is.

I stood for minutes while all the employees knew I was standing to pay and was ignored.

Also, I called ahead of time to ask if they carried a product and the man said yes—I drove all the way to this place to find out they don’t carry what I was asking for. He acted like he did not speak Arabic well and know what I wanted.

Lastly, the worst thing was I decided to take a couple other items and was told I had to pay cash if my order wasn’t more than $10, so I wasted my time, drove all the way there, received rude service and sat there waiting, and then was told I had to have cash!

I didn’t have cash and had cards only—such a waste!

Do not recommend this middle eastern...

I never left a review on the web for anything but I had to do it this time. This was my second time coming here and both times the cashier whom I believe is the owner had a nasty attitude. He never even looked up to say hello and when I had asked him a question he didn't even try to be helpful and answered with an attitude like why are you asking me a question! way.
