I am changing my previous review because of everything that had happened since I had my initial experience. Yovana was misleading about what we were promised from AT&T. When I told her that we had just leased our iPhone 13âs and were paying for them she told us that it was not a problem and that we could go ahead and proceed with getting the iPhone 15âs for free from AT&T. So my husband and I spent about 3 hours switching our service and getting set up. When I went in the next day to finalize I asked her about the 13âs and she told me that we would need to finish paying them off. I told her that is not what we wanted or expected so I told her to cancel everything. By then the phones were already being sent to us. They came the next day. I immediately returned all devices and was told the account was cancelled, our money was refunded, and that the account was closed with a zero balance. Since then, AT&T has been trying to charge me $177 for a cancelled account, which we were told that there would be no charges. They are still trying to collect that amount and threatening to send us to collections for non-payment. If Yovana had listened to us in the first place instead of trying to get a sale we would not be going through this nightmare with one of the worst wireless phone companies.
