My experience at Caballo Bronco was phenomenal from start to finish! I entered the store & the staff greeted me with warm welcomes. As I was browsing the shelves, the staff was quick to assist me with any questions that I had.

I was interested in a Los Altos python boot but they didn’t have my size in store. A staff member, Fernando, was able to call their distribution warehouse to check if they had my size in stock, which they did. He said he could go get them because it was close by &, before he left, he offered me complimentary beverages while I waited.

Fernando came back in 5 minutes with the boots in my size! He got 2 sizes so I could try on both to make sure I got the exact fit I wanted. As I was trying them on, he was guiding me throughout the process & how the boots should feel. I was indecisive at first but, with his expertise, I felt confident in the size I bought. I see a lot of positive reviews, but their return policy is very poor. They sent me the wrong colored boots. Then they wanted me to take a picture and sent it through WhatsApp for a return label. They also gave me the option to drop the boots off, not a problem since I live 10 miles away.

Dropped them off on a Saturday afternoon. They confirmed it was the wrong color. I asked for a refund and they said I would get an email confirmation for a refund.

5 days later I called to asked about my refund. Long story short the telephone sales rep explained to me that I had not returned the boots. I found it to be a joke and provided him with detailed information about that Saturday drop off. If you drop off a return ask for a receipt, lesson learned.

After being on hold for 21 minutes he returned to the telephone call and explained that my refund would be given that evening.

I found it a joke that they do not have a system in place...
