Y’all be careful ordering from here! They won’t let you exchange items for the correct size when they’re on clearance, even when they have your correct size in stock still! It’s understandable for a clearance item not to be refundable or exchangeable for a different style shirt or for store credit. However, it’s unreasonable that Platini will not help you with the right size. They expect you to strictly adhere to their online measurements when choosing a size and don’t care if you get it wrong or if the size you chose is within your normal measurements but doesn’t compliment your body like a better size would. There is a reason dressing rooms in stores exist to help you choose your correct size but the same standards of customer service do not apply to Platini’s online orders. They do not care about leaving their customers S.O.L. with items unusable to them, even when there’s a simple fix on their end at no loss to them. Very unprofessional, unreasonable and sadly...

Terrible salesmanship, kept trying to make me buy more items, saying u can return if u don't like or fit.. when I tried to return a pair of jeans he wouldn't give me money back.. there are no signs saying all sells are final. Clothing is cheap made, 75 dlls for one pair of jeans... not worth it... stay away...

Worse Exchange policy,buyer beware read this policy before you buy,or better yet dont buy here. I couldn't even exchange my belt for a different size because it was a Sale item. DONT BUY FROM PLATINI UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. WHO READS RETURN...
