I came on a weekday around noon service was slow if you want something cooked. I order a fish taco and shrimp cocktail and a fish ceviche tostada. The fish taco had one small strip of breaded fish in it and the fish had a dark Grey color to it like if it was old. Ceviche tostada was alright but the veggies didn't taste fresh maybe a day or 2 old. Good portions on the tostada. Shrimp Cocktail had no flavor and tasted like a watered down clamato juice with no salt. They were not stingy with the shrimp in the cocktail but it was mushy. The thing that stood out after I was done eating is they don't give you avocado with anything you order. Not sure if you have to pay extra for it or just ask for it. This place is a small joint and I recommend the agua chiles. For a hangover this is the place to go in and out. Go yourself eat peacefully without any friends just relax and enjoy does aguachiles and a cold Jamaica with lots of ice. Ok so when you order the agua chiles the lady will ask you how do you want them mild or hot , say mild because hot they will burn your mouth and mild is just perfect touch ok. Not much from the outside(very small and hidden), cash only spot. but very tidy in the inside. Went in to try the tacos de camaron, took a little bit of time but trust me it was worth the wait. Why do they take some time? Everything is made on the spot, even the tortillas. Talk about fresh!. Spots like this I love to give some stars and positivity. It looks like it's serviced by a couple, very nice, attentive and respectful. I hope my review creates more traffic for them as I strive to preserve family owned restaurants with fresh food and good service. Give it a try, I think...
