Hello Mario & Crave Staff ect.. Good Day. After many years of business, it is unfortunate to have to discontinue our relationship over $150. I understand i am a small business compared to your usual contracts. In the many years of business, we has only one mishap that was brought to your attention and you admirably made amends. Not once have I spoken to you on the incorrect orders or the compromises you have made concerning the quality of jewelry you have been selling myself. I think it is necessary to remind the bigger businesses that the smaller businesses are the face of your company. I have managed to save your face (and mine) many times over when my clientele have returned with faulty or tarnished jewelry due to poor quality. 17 years i have run this family business and will continue on another 17 or more years because I care about my dealings with people. Now, the public should know why I share this background. We need to return an item to you. Not one but a lot of items. Dermal punches to be exact. We have never made returns as I have mentioned previously. We were not aware that there was only one week grace period. We did not know the punches were manufactured incorrectly (placed within the incorrect packaging) within your grace period because we had no customer who requested a dermal piercing. That all being stated, when we had a customer come in with such a request, we, of course, tried to apply your product that we purchaced to our process and it was faulty. It was the incorrect size. Too small. We completed the process with a different punch purchased elsewhere. Come to find out the whole lot was manufactured incorrectly. We contacted your staff which in return resulted in a breaking in our relationship. You refused to make amends. It is not your nor myselfs fault the items were produced incorrectly. But, it is your fault the relationship is broken... The correct experience here would have been to allow me to return said items for a store credit and you deal with your manufacturer head on about the slack in quality over the last few years. But that isn't my business. My business has an understanding now, that shit rolls downhill and this little guy is eating it. $150 x $70 = $10,500 worth.
