They tried to scam me! In their menu their magoneada-rita is advertised in a large michelada-like cup that is 21oz and the mango margarita is in a 10oz maragrita cup. I ordered the mangoneada rita and instead they gave me the mango margarita 10oz cup but charged me for the mangoneada rita size. When I thought they gave me the mango margarita instead of the mangoneada-rita by accident the waitress said "that is the mangoneada rita". After explaining that they advertised the other cup double the size (21oz) but gave me the small margarita cup which is cheaper, instead of apologizing and admitting it (because maybe it was a mistake) she tried to gaslight and tell me the two cups are the same size. Once I heard that I got pretty upset because she thought that I would believe her ridiculous claim so I told her to bring the bigger cup that they advertised so I can pour them infront of her to prove its not. She rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed and said with attitude she would get the manager. The manager never came just told the waitress to give me the bigger cup. No apologies were sent out for trying to gaslight me and convince me 21oz is the same as 10oz. See the pictures of the margarita cups vs the mangoneade-rita cup. It's obvious they are different see for yourselves. And the waitress never came by our table to ask us if we needed something else or wanted the check. We waited and decided to get up and pay in the front since she refused to come, and she accused us of trying to leave without paying. I told her I was going to pay in the front because she refused to come after the whole cup thing and she just stayed silent. This was my first time coming here and my last. I don't recommend you to eat here as you won't be served by honest people. Didn't get the managers name or the waitress. The waitress was also not doing anything she was on her phone the entire hour and a half that we were there, maybe she was annoyed at me because I interrupted...

Came in here with my wife excited to eat tortas ahogadas. Sad to say this is my first and last time coming here. They offered a big michelada cup (21oz) for the mangoneada-rita which I ordered and paid for but gave me the smaller margarita cup which is cheaper. The 10oz margarita cup was advertised for the mango margarita NOT the mangoneada-rita. If I wanted that size I would have ordered the smaller one. Both the waitress and manager never apologized and tried multiple times to lie to us that they were the same size until my wife asked her to bring the 21oz cup advertised. Its worth noting that NOWHERE in the menu did it say you would get a smaller cup or that you would have to pay more for the bigger cup. False advertising and the employees are not honest people. To top it off the waitress didn't come to our table to ask us if we needed anything else, we waited for her to give us the bill but she didnt come depsite seeing us done for a while she went to every table except ours so we had to stand up and pay in the front. I visited on 11/08/21..at around 11 a.m. Ok I do have a complaint about this place. But I will also will like to say the food was ok. We sat down and it took like 15 minutes for our order to be taken or even asked what we will like to drink because our waitress was next door getting her hair done. Honestly we where getting ready to get up and leave. When I order coffee the cup was dirty from the previous person because their was still a lipstick stain on the cup. I asked for a replacement and requested to have it in a disposable cup the lid they gave it to me in had a curly hair possibly pube hair. 4.The utensils two of our forks where still dirty as well. Honestly I will not return to this place I will fail them in cleanliness... I dont understand how they have an "A" I will really suggest to the owner to ask his employees to be carefull of these things since they're selling food or replace the dishwasher person and also waitress need to pay attention when giving...
