Annoyed and frustrated!!! This Sephora location is my go to whenever Iām in Bergen Mall but today Iām beyond irritated & humiliated! The sales lady and she said is also the manager Rebecca Aguirre treated me like a low life scammer and wasted my time for 15 mins repeatedly giving me a hard time to replace a faulty waterproof pencil that I purchased on 12/9/24 which I brought with me to show her. This pencil only cost $12 but the fact that it is faulty & non usable should be reason enough for replacement (detachable end of pencil got stuck on the pencil cover preventing me from putting back the cover after use within 2 weeks of use. Without the cover, the ink of the pencil eventually weakened and started breaking and the color not as dark Tiramisu #12) Rebecca asked for my email, both home and cell and then lied to me that she doesnāt see the purchase on her system for 60 days. I showed her my Sephora account showing purchase date and location and amount $12 I paid and then she asked me for the CC that I used. Sheās still not happy with this, arguing with me that I paid $8 not $12 even though the statement on my app showed $12. I felt that sheās belittling me and have no plans to give me a replacement and just completely wasting my time. Customer is not always right but this customer service is VERY VERY DISTASTEFUL!!!
