iParis Cellphone Repair — Local services in Paris

Voted #1 in Paris….the only one that service iPhone repairs in Paris so #1 by default. Customer service horrible, walk in and don’t greet you just stare and wait for you to tell them the issue. Secondly, I went in for something really simple, a screen protector. She asked for the model of my phone and said a X when actuality it is a XR, ok my mistake. She acknowledged that she should have checked first bc she went by my word and had already opened a box to apply the protector and realized it was the wrong one. Ok moving forward, when going to my camera I noticed a film like blur and took it back. Now I did drop my phone and broke the screen protector, very minor damage but that wasn’t the concern. If she could have taken that one off and just moved it to make the camera quality better I would have been satisfied with that. The lady noticed that after she put the screen protector on the first time that she had put the WRONG one on from the BEGINNING. So then she tells me she replace it but for future reference I would have to pay. What!?!?!?! I have to PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE, make it make sense. I wouldn’t give them one red cent EVER!!!! I can pay for it just like I did the first time so that wasn’t the issue. It was YOUR ERROR!!!!!!!! Wrong screen protector results in a film like quality in my pictures, just say that was my fault instead of going back and forth with the customer about your policy bc that is neither...

the people at this store are very nice, and when i sent my phone in to get the screen fixed (the whole screen was smashed and the entire thing had to be replaced) they managed to get it fixed and give it back to me in a hour, so the speed of their service is very good. however, the screen that they put on my phone absolutely sucks. it is VERY fragile; i’m very clumsy and i drop my phone a lot but my phone screen managed to be crack free the entire time before i got it fixed, it was only when i dropped it from a very high height that it was smashed. not even a month after i got my phone fixed it already cracked. i didn’t even drop it from a high height, one crack came just from me leaning on it. also the screen has a hard time registering my taps half of the time, and that’s pretty annoying. overall, service is very fast and the people who work there are pleasant to work with, but if you’re going to get a phone screen fixed, be warned about the quality of their...

NOT 1 BUT MINUS 5 STARS! Needed a cell phone battery $, which was not in stock. Was told I had to buy a new facing as well $$ . . . just to replace the battery. Had to pay in advance for it to be delivered (not in stock). Showed up 2 working days later, per schedule, to find out that they forgot to/could not obtain said battery (no contact from them). 3 more working days I called and was told to wait another 3 days for delivery. They quickly took my credit card money. Had to drive back to their business to get a credit card refund. Let's see if they refund my money as quickly as well. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE $250 AND 2 WEEKS TO REPLACE A CELL PHONE BATTERY! They obviously have a lot of business and obviously think that they are king of Paris....
