I started using South Main Iron when I moved to the area back in 2022. Have bought a lot of stuff from them. First I want to say everyone is always helpful and no bad attitudes. Kyle in parts is the absolute man when it comes to harleys. I bought a big list of parts of my bagger last week and went in yesterday to pick up everything and have my new rear tire mounted and balanced. When I returned after lunch to pick up my wheel/tire Kyle explained that their tire machine broke and damaged my wheel. At first I thought he was kidding but he did show me a small scratch on the wheel. They offered to replace my wheel free of charge!!!! Understand, it is on a lowered bagger with extended bags, you can not see the wheel. They asked if I was sure then did not charge me for mounting. Most honest shop I have ever been to and will continue to use them from here on. I added a pic of my wheel and 1 of the scratch for reference

Stop by and see the folks at SMI! Ryan and Riley had great attitudes and were very friendly. Huge selection of motorcycles, sxs, and golf carts. The building is a beautiful piece of history. It was an old car dealership at one time. They took the time to tell me the history of the building and show me around. They're having a huge St. Patrick's day party, hopefully I can make it back around by then. Thanks again, fellas!

Bought my last two motorcycles here. Very good place to do business with. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Can I go above and beyond to help you with part or motorcycle purchases. Riley was the salesman I used both times, highly recommend him. EDIT: Bought last two bikes here. Now I've done a service here. Work was preformed fast and fair priced. Never had a bad experience with this place. Highly recommend. A++

Took my bike up there to see about getting it running. It had been sitting for a year or so. They checked it out and said it needed some new fuel system parts. Was going to charge almost a thousand dollars. Which is outrageous!! I told them to stop looking at it and I would come get it. They wanted to charge me $290 dollars just for looking at it. Which is crazy!! They eventually dropped it to around $230 dollars. Which is still outrageous just to look at it. I paid the bill and got the invoice and they charged $62.50 just to check the air in the tires!! It had brand new tires and tubes already on it. I had already put air in them. Just wanted them to make sure there was enough air in them. $62.50 to check the tires is extortion!! If I could give this place a negative I would!! I definitely do not recommend this place!!! I will not...

From start to finish, South Main takes care of people. Walked in and was warmly greeted. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. They gave me a straightforward price for a service as well as a timeline. After the service was completed the tech came up to tell me things I should be aware of and a timeline when it was necessary to complete. Very informative. The owner came out and greeted me and gave me a little background on the place.

Price of service was very fair and it didn’t take them half the time to complete.
