Paris in Color — Local services in Paris

I think Meghan Glascock did my color analysis 4 months ago. I loved it, I was really struggling with finding clothing to wear for in person teaching days that I liked and I did not want to wear scrubs constantly. Meghan really helped me identify colors to work with (and my staple neutrals) and encouraged me to look within my own wardrobe first (which was amazing advice because I had a ton of solid jewel tones and neutrals which were in my color palate). I also got recommendations for make-up and jewelry - which was an awesome benefit. I had no idea all of this was included in my color analysis. I really do feel like the jewelry and makeup advice help round out the complete look, so having these included really give you a complete color analysis.

I ended up buying the mini cards for the color analysis Meghan did. They are smaller than a deck of cards and I’ve used them to help me shop in-person and online. I also have used them to decide if I should keep or give away items from my own closet. I did have some hidden gems in my closet and I was able to pull together several outfits from work which I feel confident in and also have gotten a ton of compliments on. I also feel like I wear more colors than before, because I know which colors and tones compliment my skin/hair.

Ideally I would like to curate a small “teaching wardrobe” and I feel like have gotten a great start with my color analysis. I feel more confident and more put together now even if I’m trying to put in the bare minimum for the school drop off line.

My mom got us this experience for Christmas. We did a group color consult. We enjoyed it all so much! Meghan was easy to talk to. She was a wonderful host as well as color consultant. I was shocked at how some of the colors I reached for were just outside of my color palette. Our before picture versus our after picture showed just how well Meghan does her job. For my before picture, I was wearing a pink sweater (no makeup), and I looked washed out & a little “sick.” I just thought it was because i was not wearing makeup. Spoiler: it was not. In the after photo, I was wearing a drape of one of the colors in my palette and lipstick in my palette (no other makeup), and I looked vibrant with a glow, as if I had makeup on. The transformation was evident. The color you wear closest to your skin matters! After, Meghan sent us each an individual email with the details about each of our Color palettes.
