Dollar General — Local services in Parker

My daughter and I were in the store last night picking up some Tylenol. As we were in line a woman was fussing about there only being 2 cashiers ... There was a bit of a line.. it wasn't the line or the wait that bothered me. It was the fact that the cashier Ron to whom the woman was fussing at proceeded to yell to the other worker Jen about what the woman was saying. Ron and Jen then proceeded to yell back and forth from the front register to the very last one about about their job and how if the customer don't like it she don't have to come to this store. I was in line with 3 people ahead of me. The ENTIRE TIME I was waiting and even when I got up to the register. Ron and Jen were still going back and forth. So I made the comment that it's very unprofessional to do such things in front of customers especially when you work for the company. Jen stopped and Ron continued until Jen told him to stop. So I finished my transaction and walked out the door. As I'm walking to my car Jen then came outside and continued going back and forth with me. Like she wasn't in the wrong... Lol do you even care what kind of people you hire to run your store? The ONLY reason I got to this specific store is because it's closer to my house. I won't return to this location and will go to the one on 3rd St where the employees are much nicer. Also I would like to add I've tried to call the store several times this morning to inform the store manager about said employees...

Went shopping over at this location for the 1st time today. I normally frequent the Thomas Dr location right by the Hathaway Bridge, and the staff there is always helpful and considerate! The manager is amazing! Well today I was impressed by whom I assume was the manager. (If not she needs a promotion) I think Jane was her name. She had great colored hair and a sparkling personality to match! Super busy time of the day, but she kept the line moving, engaging with each customer with a genuine, upbeat yet professional attitude. I know the customer service struggle lol and so I pay more attention than most. I had to come back a few hours later to return something and she handled it effortlessly (with a smile) even cashing in my dimes for quarters so I could finish my laundry! So much appreciation for you Jane! Keep up the good work! The store was clean and organized as well and that is huge in...

I arrived at 930pm and someone was already shouting they were almost closing more than once as I was looking around. After I went to check out this lady the cashier was on her phone not aknowledging me after she was done I had to add another item which I told her and she didn't hear me because she was on her phone. I had to tell her again to add this item and she grabbed it rudely and checked it in and went back to her phone ...as I was paying not even looking at me all the time with her eyes down on her phone. Then I asked her if I can use the keys for the bathroom and she said no and I go what and she said my boss says no to anybody using restroom after 930pmduring all that time not even looking at me..very rude person..never going to that sore in Parker..the one in Callaway on 22 are very friendly...they lost all our...
