MY Tobacco&Vape — Local services in Parkersburg

Bought a can of Copenhagen straight and got home and had it sitting on the table upside-down as I was eating and noticed the can expired Jan 28 2024 and it's currently Sep 9 2024. So I called in to tell them that I was just in there I'm not waiting a refund or anything but that the can was expired. And as soon as he heard me say expired he started talking over me saying "we close at 11 we close at 11" over and over until I yelled "I DON'T WANT A REFUND I AM JUST LETTING YOU KNOW" And then he said ok fine and started cursing me in Arabic as he hung up on me... Pure and utter disrespect towards a customer that was clearly just trying to help them by letting them know their product (currently on their shelf still) was expired. (and expired by alot I might add)

UPDATE: Inside of the can the lid is rusty, tobacco very dry, and smells of mildew/mold.

Never shopping here again. Everytime I've gone there they've put off a bad vibe except for when they had a girl working there but haven't seen her there for a long time. They always seem in a hurry to get you out and are very short with you. Very poor attitude...

The place is extremely tiny, so tiny that more than two or three customers at a time would be too crowded. And have a minimal variety of products. Not much to choose from. I've only been there a couple times so far but I've yet to have an experience with the employees that made me feel welcome. I was extremely uncomfortable with their quiet and non verbal demeanor. When I would speak to them they would either not respond and just stare at me or would whisper so low that I couldn't even hear them. They offered zero help with anything even when asked. They were very rude and extremely odd. And I haven't returned since and...

3rd time I've been there bought same nicotine vape and been different price everytime( first time 20 and has increased with each visit ) and Thc vape I think was over priced. Online showed up for no more than 50.00 dollars anywhere on any vape site. Nothing is priced that I seen in there. I seriously think that is the strategy. Cashier was friendly though. Seem like super nice people. Just need consistency and transparency on the pricing.
